Common Uses of Tent cards.

- In events, tent cards are used to display a QR code which contains the Wi-Fi password or a ticket to an event.
- In retail and shops, tent cards are used for labeling. Product information is displayed including product description, product pricing, directions for use etc
- In the hospitality industry, table tents are used to display table numbers and to show which tables are reserved for whom and whether the tables allow smoking or not.
- In conferences, table tents are used to display information like the speaker name, table numbers and seating as well as sign-up instructions.
- In offices and Internal spaces, table tent cards are used to display information like signage, employee name on their table, reserved desks and also information like “in a meeting, be back soon” especially for customer service desks.
Sizes of tent cards?
Tent cards can be any size from small to large as long as they can be fitted on a piece of paper for printing. The final size of the tent card will be half the size of the paper you use for printing. The biggest tent cards are about an A2 size and these are usually printed on an A1 size page and then folded in half. Like Acrylic table numbers, the most common sizes for use in restaurants for table numbers and QR codes are usually an A6 or A5 size with the occasional A4 and A3 size.
