PRINTING METHODS

4 WAYS WE PRINT & BRAND

At cut to fit graphics, we design and print t shirts using various methods largely depending with the design or graphics provided by our clients.

SCREEN PRINTING

This is the most common method used to print and produce t-shirts. It is the cheapest method of printing t-shirts especially when needed in bulk. It involves us making a screen with your design or logo and using it to push the ink through onto the fabric. Screen printed designs are vibrant and durable.

DTF/NO CUT PRINTING

This method is perfect for prints with complex designs and many colors. It involves printing the no-cut film with a no-cut printer then heat pressing the design onto the t-shirt.

HEAT TRANSFER VINYL

With this method, designs are cut on heat transfer vinyl(HTV) using a vinyl cutting machine or plotter and then the vinyl is heat pressed onto the t shirt. Ideal for small runs and designs largely made of simple graphics with solid colors.

EMBROIDERY

Popular with corporates, embroidery is one of the costlier methods of branding t-shirts. Instead of printing, the design is sewn onto the fabric using an embroidery machine. Results in a textured and professional look.
