Overview & Challenge

Client: Boost Fitness Gym Location: Eastleigh, Nairobi

When Boost Fitness Gym opened in early 2025, the owners had invested heavily in top-quality equipment but the space felt clinical and uninspiring.

The plain white walls and lack of clear signage left members confused about zones and lacking the motivational push that keeps people coming back.

Key Issues

  • Generic, uninspiring workout environment
  • No brand identity visible throughout the space
  • Difficulty standing out in Eastleigh's competitive fitness market

Our Solution

We worked closely with the Boost Fitness team to create a comprehensive branding package that would:

  1. Establish a strong visual identity
  2. Improve member experience and navigation
  3. Create Instagram-worthy spaces that members would share
  4. Build a sense of community and motivation

  • High-impact typography in the gym’s signature orange and black colour scheme

Wayfinding Signage Package

  • Clear directional signs to locker rooms, studio, reception, and exit
  • Zone markers
  • Equipment instructions with safety guidelines in English

Window Graphics

  • Frosted window film for privacy in the ground floor studio
  • Colourful logo decals visible from neighbouring streets

Floor Graphics

  • Non-slip workout zone markers for functional training area
  • Branded pathways leading from entrance to key areas

Reception Area Branding

  • 3D logo mounted behind reception desk
  • Wall-mounted vinyl with gym values: “Community | Commitment | Results”
