Getting your signage made is straightforward. Here's what to expect from first inquiry to final installation.

Send Us Your Brief

Call, email or message us on WhatsApp with details of what you need, type of sign, size, location, and whether you have  or dont have artwork. The more detail, the more accurate your quote.

Site Visit & Quote (If Required)

For installations, especially LED lightbox signs, pylons or branding jobs, we can arrange a free site survey in Nairobi to confirm measurements and any other requirements before quoting.

Artwork Approval

We will produce a visual artwork mockup showing exactly how your sign will look. You review, request any changes, and give final confirmation before we start production.

Fabrication

Your sign is produced here in Nairobi. We use quality materials aucobond sheets, perspex, vinyl, UV Printing, Large Format Printing, CNC Routing & CNC Laser to produce your signs

Delivery & Installation

We deliver and install across Nairobi and upcountry on request. Our team fixes your signage correctly, tests any electrical components, and cleans up before leaving. For smaller signs you can organize & collect in our office here in CBD.

Yes. You can view our portfolio of completed 3D signage projects to see the quality of our work or you can request photos via WhatsApp.

Size depends on viewing distance and mounting height. A common rule: allow 1 inch of character height per 6-10 feet of viewing distance, adjust for glare and weather.

 

Yes we provide free mock-ups and artworks showing exactly how your signage will look, including:

  • Realistic visualization with your colors and branding
  • Size proportions relative to your building/space
  • Lighting effects (for LED options)
  • Multiple design variations if needed

We won't proceed to production until you're 100% satisfied with the design!

The timeline for creating a custom sign can vary based on the complexity of the design and the materials used. Typically, it takes from 1 day for simple signs to 2 weeks(complex large signs) from approval of the design to completion, but we can often accommodate rush orders if needed!

Yes, we do offer discounts for bulk orders! Talk to us before you order, we will prepare  for you a special price. Contact us for a quote, and we’ll be happy to provide you with the details.

In most cases, repair is significantly more cheaper than replacement, particularly if the sign structure and frame are sound. A lightbox that needs new LED strips and a fresh graphic will look and perform almost as well as a new sign for 20–30% of the replacement cost. Replacement becomes more sensible when the structural frame is corroded /damaged beyond repair, or parts are no longer available, or when the sign has reached a point where the cumulative cost of repeated repairs approaches the cost of a new installation. We will tell you honestly which situation you are in after assessing your sign.
